Best Learn Oil Painting DVD Lessons

At heart, just about everyone wants to learn to paint.  Learning how to oil paint gives us that unique opportunity to express our feelings and our vision through the use of shape, form and color.  However, either we are too busy to take lessons or we are too embarrassed to learn in the company of other students, or our schedules are too conflicted to take that first step.
